Prerequisites

Before you dive in, you'll need:

  1. A Wallet

    • MetaMask (recommended)

    • WalletConnect

    • Any EVM-compatible wallet

  2. Some Crypto

    • USDT for international pools

    • Local stablecoins (cNGN, cGHS, etc.) for local pools

    • ETH for gas fees (~$5 worth)

  3. 5 Minutes

    • Seriously, that's all it takes

Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

1. Go to app.pironfinance.com
2. Click "Connect Wallet" (top right)
3. Choose your wallet
4. Approve connection
5. You're in!

Network Check: Make sure you're on the correct network. The app will prompt you to switch if needed.

Step 2: Fund Your Wallet

For Nigerian Instruments:

1. Buy cNGN on Binance/Local exchange
2. Send to your wallet on Base network
3. Keep some ETH for gas

For International Instruments:

1. Buy USDT on any exchange
2. Send to your wallet on Base network
3. Keep some ETH for gas

⚠️ Common Mistake: Sending on wrong network. Always use Base!

Step 3: Choose Your Investment

Navigate to "Explore Pools" and use filters:

Filters:
├── Currency: USDT / cNGN / cGHS
├── Duration: 30 / 90 / 180 / 365 days
├── Type: T-Bills / Bonds / Commercial Paper
└── Returns: 5-10% / 10-15% / 15%+

What to Look For:

  • Funding Progress: How full is the pool?

  • Time Left: When does funding close?

  • Track Record: Has this SPV delivered before?

  • Minimum: Can you meet it?

Step 4: Make Your Investment

Found your pool? Let's invest:

1. Click on pool
2. Enter amount (e.g., 1000 USDT)
3. Review details:
   - Your investment: 1000 USDT
   - Expected shares: 1000
   - Maturity date: March 15, 2025
   - Expected return: 1180 USDT
4. Click "Invest"
5. Approve spending (first time only)
6. Confirm transaction
7. Done! 🎉

Step 5: Track Your Investment

Your dashboard shows everything:

Step 6: Withdraw Your Returns

When your investment matures:

1. Go to "My Investments"
2. Find matured position (BLUE badge)
3. Click "Withdraw All"
4. Confirm transaction
5. Receive principal + returns

Example Withdrawal:

Original Investment: $1,000
Time Invested: 90 days
Return Rate: 18% annual (4.5% for 90 days)
You Receive: $1,045
Profit: $45
